International Pool & Spa Centers (IPS) has been a trusted name in the pool and spa industry for decades, building its reputation through a network of retail stores across Ontario. After years of focusing primarily on brick-and-mortar locations, the company made the strategic decision to expand online and establish a modern e-commerce presence.

For this project, I designed and developed the entire website from the ground up. The challenge was to create a modern, user-friendly shopping experience while preserving the vintage aesthetic and classic colour palette envisioned by the CEO. From the visual design and user experience to content, page development, and front-end implementation, every element was carefully crafted to honour the brand's heritage while positioning it for future online growth and a more modern rebrand.
